Event Check-in:

Dinner guests should arrive early on Saturday evening for check-in. If you checkin for the Sunday event on Saturday evening you will not need to check-in on Sunday morning. During check-in, you should be prepared to recite the Safety Rules of the event. Reciting these Safety Rules is “Mandatory,” we take range safety extremely seriously.

Any questions or suggestions – please contact:

High Intensity

The High Intensity events will be on Friday and Saturday evenings.

This is what High Intensity is all about:

There is a limit of 25 people total that may participate in each event. This allows us to limit the number of targets I have to allocate and still give people a chance to get "their fair share".

Shooters are guaranteed a minimum of five targets each there. Typically it is 10 to 15 per person.

If you want to participate in a High Intensity event click a check box for one or both of the High Intensity events when you enter.

Personal Fireballs

There is the opportunity for a few lucky participants to be able to shoot their personal fireball target at an "entertainingly close" distance on Friday evening.

The first four people to sign up for this unique opportunity will get an experience they will never forget. Feel the heat!

Minimum Gun Safety Rules

These are the bare minimum rules which you must follow while at the event.  You MUST have them memorized. Please read the additional rules and clarifications.

November 29, 2019: The domain is being abandoned. Please go to in the future.

November 24, 2019: There were numerous technical problems encountered and Google Chrome even reported the entire domain was a phishing site. This took weeks to correct. Significant progress has been made and entry for Boomershoot 2020 will probably start sometime in December.

September 29, 2019: A new hosting site for the entry form is being prepared. The existing hosting provider is blocking access to Wells Fargo for credit card processing. In the past PayPal was being use for credit cards. PayPal has been hostile to gun related sales and even free speech. We made the decision to stop using PayPal and Wells Fargo seems to be a good option. They are also the bank the NRA uses. They have told anti-gun people who tried to get them to stop doing business with gun manufactures and stores to go pound sand. When the new hosting site is fully tested we will open up registration. I expect this will be within about two weeks.
